The Goodness in Giving Back

At Good Leadership, success isn’t defined by one sole person getting the job done. It’s about celebrating the team, and the things the team does together in order to get the job done. As the end of this year approaches, we spent some time reflecting on our shared values and considering how to spread goodness this holiday season as a team.

Last week, the Good Leadership team and coaches gathered to celebrate the holiday season and another fantastic year of helping clients. In the spirit of spreading goodness so that everyone can thrive together, our team wanted to bring joy to a local family in need this holiday season. Our team worked together to fulfill items from the family’s wish list and wrapped the gifts at the event. It was time well spent that felt fulfilling and brought light to the meaning of spreading goodness.  

Goodness must go beyond the individual for everyone to thrive together. It involves the act of radiating and spreading goodness year-round, together.
