Thanks for visiting: what have we done?

If I were independently wealthy the events of the past three months would make total sense. In November, after 8 years with MDA Leadership Consulting; including two as Managing Partner, and two as President — I left the firm to start my own venture. Now, with two kids in private college and a 14 year old still at home…my wife Melinda and I are seeking to lead the life we imagine. We intend to build a virtual, low overhead consultancy with a “Robin Hood” strategy — sharing what the Blue Chip companies know about leadership and strategy for the benefit of closely held businesses and professional non-profits who can’t or don’t want to pay Blue Chip consulting fees. Our mission: We celebrate, develop and inspire ordinary people to lead with courage and change the world around them for Good!
