” I love intentions, because they are not goals…there is a little bit of spirituality included,” explained Beth. “They can be set for a day, a specific period in your life, or a lifetime.”<\/p>\n

By focusing on intentions as a means to achieve goals, we can stay true to ourselves and not become slaves to the goal. What is your intention today? How about this week? This year…this life?<\/p>\n
